BEST Aquatics in Rooty Hill is looking for an experienced Swim School Manager. This is a part-time position, with an option for full-time work. BEST Aquatics is located in the beautiful, new Blacktown Exercise Sports and Technology hub and is a growing, learn-to-swim school. It has a lovely team of experienced swim instructors and is a family-orientated and fun environment. 

We are looking for a person who is available for an immediate start, however, the start date can be negotiated. The salary on offer is based off of Level 4 of the Fitness Award, however salary is negotiable depending on the applicant.  The full package is available upon interview. 

Requirements:

• Experience in leading a team
• Able to manage admin team, pool deck & instructors
• Able to liaise with company Directors to achieve company goals
• Passion for education, children and community
• Applicants must already live and work in Australia.

• Have experience with managing timesheets?
• Have experience with general Pool operations?
• Have experience with program management and delivery?

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Swim Teacher
• Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
• Working with Children Check
• Police Check (less than a year old)
