OUR PHILOSOPHY
Swimming is one of the most important skills to learn in life.
Ensuring your little ones are comfortable and confident swimmers is an invaluable investment in their safety. It's a skill that could one day make all the difference. We strive to teach them to not only learn how to be safe in and around water, but to love swimming and all of the benefits that come with being a confident swimmer.
OUR FACILITIES
BEST Aquatics is located at the aquatics facility of the brand-new Blacktown Exercise Sports and Technology hub! The BEST hub is Blacktown council's latest contribution to its community. It is a bright, colourful & inviting space with a high-tech feel but plenty of textures and warmness about it. In addition to the aquatics facility, the BEST hub has an all-access playground, large cafe, gym, auditorium, ACU campus, biomechanics track and health experts...Sydney West Sports Medicine!
The Aquatic Facilities include:
- 1.1m pool + 2.2m pool kept at 32 degrees C
- Hot & cold contrast plunge pools
- Accessibility hoist
- Access ramp into the pool
- Changerooms, toilets & showers
- Baby change tables
- All-access playground is just outside, a few metres from the pool
- Full-service cafe is just down the hall from the pool.
NOTE: The aquatic facility at BEST is not a Public Swimming pool. It is accessible only by patrons of BEST Aquatics, Sydney West Sports Medicine, the Lodge and groups/events booked by the council.
