Parents will be educated about how inborn reflexes work and how they pertain to water along with preconditioning methods. We are fostering lifelong relationships with water for both parent and child.
Classes are half an hour and cater for children from 3 to 6 months.

The earlier these skills are introduced, the better your child will perform when the time comes for them to begin lessons without parents/carers in the water.

Our Splasher levels are designed to extend the skills needed for water safety, confidence and basic independent swimming abilities. We focus on water awareness and safety in every lesson in every level. Our teachers use toys and games to encourage skills. Whilst our swimmers are learning the basic fundamentals, our kid's swimming lessons are still a fun and positive experience. Our weekday morning Splasher-level classes are designed for pre-school aged children from 3 years.
Our afternoon Splasher level classes are school-aged children who are still working on foundation skills. There are four levels of Splashers.
Duration: 30-minutes, 1 day per week for term (usually 10 weeks)
Class size: Small groups of 3-4. Private lessons are also available.
Our Super Splashers (Advanced Learn to Swim) are the continuation of our basic learn-to-swim levels. We further develop strokes, particularly freestyle and backstroke. Swimmers also build on their swimming strength and endurance.
There are three levels of Super Splashers that begin from basic freestyle and backstroke with good body position and a strong kick, and continue on until the swimmer has mastered great technique in the two main strokes and a basic understanding of dolphin kick and breaststroke kick.

It's never too late to learn to swim or improve your skills!
Our adult swimming lessons aim to develop basic water safety skills, build your confidence and improve swimming technique. If you are a beginner or you want to improve your technique and fitness. We are also happy to have small group bookings, bring your friends, grab your goggles and join us.
Our holiday programs and small class sizes produce great results. Holiday programs are a great way to consolidate the progress made during the term; especially during school holidays. They are also beneficial for those kids (3 years +) ready to move up a level or who have just recently moved up a level. Newcomers are welcome, but require an assessment prior to being allocated to a level.
Semi-Private Lessons are a great way in ensure even more time with the instructor while still keeping the cost per lesson to a minimum.
There are lots of reasons people may choose Private lessons. Some kids just need time without other kids around or a child may have sensory issues with light, sound and/or touch. Some children (and adults) just like to set a class at their own pace until their confidence builds. Whatever the reason, even if you don't have a reason, private lessons are available.
This is the world's first Aqua Fitness class with both parent and baby!
A few times a year we will have specialty clinics for things like preparing for school carnivals, stroke correction clinics, as well as guest speakers from various people from the swimming industry.
Starting in Term 4 we will be offering Certification courses throughout the year for things like First Aid, CPR, Swim instructor certification and much more!
